Rats Pac Northwest is a group of rat breeders and fanciers who come together on a regular basis for educational and social purposes. All of us share a love of rats and a desire to learn more about their care and health. We have several shows each year, including the Fall Show in Mercer Island and the Spring Show in Port Orchard. There is typically a spring or summer show in Idaho as well! This year there is a summer show in Canada. We also participate in Ratapalooza in Seattle each November. This year we had a December craft show and sale. Joining the group allows you to participate in group discussions on line. I have learned so much about the care and breeding of rats from these discussions and found tremendous support when I have had a sick or dying rat. We had a wonderful Show on September 30th, 2007, on Mercer Island. MMDR Do won Reserve of Show. Since then there have been 2 great shows in Port Orchard and one in Canada that we were happy to attend. Unfortunately, we were unable to go to the Idaho show.
