What could be better than A RAT SHOW?!!

Come to the spring rat show at the VFW Hall on Mercer Island. Reserve the date - March 8, 2008!!

3 Girls Rattery won 2 Best of Show Ribbons and one Reserve of Show Ribbon. We are holding the two green and maroon ribbons and the rats to go with them in the center of the photo. FURR Faelene won Best of Show Solid, MMDR Sawyer won Best of Show Kitten, and 3GR Shadow won Reserve of Show Kitten. Good job to all!!

Miracle Rats Mission Statement

Miracle Rats, located in Mercer Island, Washington, just outside of Seatte, was founded by a mom and her two daughters. Our mission is threefold: (1) to share our love of pet rats with the rest of the world, (2) to teach kids about the wonders of owning or showing a pet rat, and (3) to realize our vision of helping children who are disabled or ill by providing them with the opportunity to have the companionship of an unconditionally loving "miracle rat".

Miracle Rats is an organization dedicated to the breeding, showing, and adoption of healthy, loveable, exotic pet rats.

This is a picture of our mascot, Petey, affectionately known as the one-eyed pi-rat. Petey was born on April 30, 2001 and died on April 30, 2004.

3 GIRLS RATTERY, KIDS WHO LOVE RATS, & COMPANION RATS

The 3 Girls Rattery pages focus on the breeding, showing, and adoption of rats, however, it includes a rat drawing of the month, a newsletter, and more. The newest component of 3GR is Mini Mouse Dwarf Rats.

Kids Who Love Rats is for kids. If you are a kid or have children, check out the kids pages. We have started with a comic and a story. We would like other kids to contribute drawings, stories, and poems to these pages. Please submit them to us via our e-mail address just for the kids: kids@miraclerats.org.

Companion rats is in the planning stage. We have a really exciting vision that has not yet been realized. We need to do some groundwork first and will let you know more about our ideas as they develop.
